We're searching for an passionate

Preschool Leader with Deputy Manager responsibilities

Salary:

Full-time from 30,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications (to be discussed at interview).

Job Role

Lead the Preschool room, guiding a team of practitioners Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities that support children's individual needs, confidence and school readiness Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment Build strong partnerships with families to ensure every child thrives Support the Manager with operational duties, and deputise for Manager in their absence

Who We're Looking For:

Qualifications

: Level 6 in Early Years / Childcare (e.g. Degree or equivalent)

Desirable

: EYTS, EYPS or QTS

Experience:

Proven leadership experience in an Early Years setting (e.g. Preschool Leader, Room Leader, Deputy Manager, or Early Years Teacher ready to step up)

Skills:

Strong leadership, excellent communication, organised and child-centred
