We seek an experienced and dynamic Early Years Manager to lead our amazing Preschool. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strategic growth. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for management and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Proven management experience in a leadership role within the Childcare sector. Manage the overall day to day operation of the setting. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Empower the team to deliver rich learning opportunities for all children by creating unique and exciting activities. To lead and work proactively with the current Early Years Framework. Establish and monitor the effectiveness of the planning for individual Children. Role model interaction with children and support staff to foster an enthusiasm for learning. Seek ways of increasing occupancy. Ensure all staff are fully aware of their responsibilities and carry out their role in line with all policies, procedures and legislative requirements Train and mentor all staff members. A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation.
Experience:

Childcare management 3 year (Required)
Education:

Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. You will be required to attend staff meetings, in house training sessions and local authority training.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 18.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
