Job Vacancy: Pre-School Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Pre-School Manager to lead our team of 4 EYFS practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development, demonstrate a nurturing attitude, and be committed to fostering a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 2.5-4 years.

Create a safe, supportive, and engaging play environment.

Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development.

Work collaboratively with families and colleagues to support each child's growth.

Uphold the preschool's values, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records and participate in staff meetings and professional development.

Ensuring safeguarding procedures are adhered to.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum level 3 qualification in early years education and childcare.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a pre-school or early years setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

A creative and flexible approach to teaching and problem-solving.
