Vacancy:
Pre-school Manager - 35 hours a week, term time onlyWe are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, qualified to Level 3 or above Pre-school Manager to join our new setting opening in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education to be involved in the set up of a new setting.
Key responsibilities:
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Provide high quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual developmental needs.
Build strong and positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Support and guide a small team of practitioners.
Maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification in early years/childcare.
A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
Previous managerial experience or experience of being a deputy within an early years setting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: 490.00-525.00 per week
