About the Role

As Preschool Manager, you'll:

Lead the day-to-day management of our preschool, ensuring high-quality care and education Create a

safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

where children thrive Oversee the delivery of a play-based

EYFS curriculum

tailored to individual needs Manage and inspire your team, ensuring strong communication and teamwork Maintain compliance with

Ofsted

standards and preschool policies Support staff development through supervision, appraisals, and training Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and local professionals Help promote the preschool within the community and support marketing activities Work closely with senior management on continuous improvement and evaluation

About You

You'll bring:

A

Level 3 qualification or higher

in Early Years (or equivalent) Previous

management or supervisory experience

in a preschool or nursery setting Strong knowledge of the

EYFS framework

and safeguarding standards Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Confidence with

IT, record keeping, and basic numeracy

A positive, professional, and flexible attitude A genuine love for early childhood education and community values

Additional desirable certifications:

Paediatric First Aid Food Hygiene Certificate Current, clear DBS
