About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe space where children can explore, grow, and thrive. You'll work closely with your colleagues to deliver high-quality early years care and education that supports every child's individual needs.

This role involves:

Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and your team.

-Supporting children's learning and development through inspiring, age-appropriate play and experiences.

-Observing, planning, and evaluating to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

-Taking responsibility for a small group of key children, keeping parents informed and involved in their child's progress.

-Contributing ideas to weekly planning and daily routines.

- Ensuring the setting meets all safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards

-Reliable and confident in following safeguarding procedures

-Committed to providing the best outcomes for children, every day

Essential:

-

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards it)

- A working knowledge of the EYFS and child development

-An understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities

-Experience working with young children in a professional setting

Pay: 12.67 per hour
