Preschool Manager

Option for full time or term-time position

We are looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our Preschool Nursery team and oversee all aspects of our nursery. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding care, support, and learning opportunities for every child.

Our nursery is a small, nurturing environment that accommodates up to 24 children per session. In this role, you will engage directly with the children while also having dedicated time away from the room to ensure that we maintain a safe, inclusive and effective setting where all children can thrive.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

MinimumLevel 3 childcare qualification

At least one year experience of working in an early years leadership role.

Excellent working knowledge of safeguarding and SEND protocols and procedures.

Position Details:

Hours:

36 hours per week

Term Time plus an additional 100 hours per annum outside of core hours or during holidays for planning, meetings, and organisation.

Days:

Monday to Friday, with occasional early evenings and Saturdays for events and meetings.

Salary

: 26,668 FTE

Actual

22,901

Salary will be paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.
