Job Summary



Robin's Childcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Practitioner to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool Practitioner, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding children through their formative years, ensuring they thrive in a safe and engaging setting.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play and exploration. Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages children to express themselves freely. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's growth and development. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their child's development and achievements. Manage behaviour effectively, ensuring a respectful and supportive environment for all. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the preschool setting. Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents that may occur during preschool hours.

Skills



Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential Strong knowledge of the EYFS. Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and guide young learners effectively. Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and staff effectively. Ability to manage dynamics while maintaining a positive learning environment. A genuine drive to support children's development through creative teaching methods and activities.
