We're looking for a

Preschool Room Leader

to join our dedicated and supportive team at

Baker Street Nursery and Preschool

in

Yate (BS37 4PW)

. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the EYFS, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping children grow, learn, and succeed.

About the Role:

As our Preschool Room Leader, you will:

Lead and inspire a team of practitioners in our Preschool Room. Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality, engaging activities tailored to children's interests and developmental needs. Support the smooth transition of children as they prepare for school. Monitor and track children's progress, ensuring strong outcomes in line with the EYFS. Build positive partnerships with families, providing support and updates on their child's development. Ensure the room consistently meets the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
What We're Looking For:

A

full and relevant Level 3 qualification

in Early Years.

Recent experience

working in Early Years settings, including in a

leadership role

. Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. A nurturing, enthusiastic approach and a true passion for early education.
