Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating learning atmosphere for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and educational play. This role requires strong management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain accurate records of children's development and activities. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire young learners. A valid driving licence is preferred for potential off-site activities or excursions.
