Pre-School Room Leader

to join our year-round Nursery at

St. Francis' College

, part of the Inspired Learning Group. You'll be supporting children in the critical early stages of their development within a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

What You'll Be Doing



Planning and delivering fun, engaging learning experiences that promote school readiness Supporting early literacy, numeracy, and social development through creative and age-appropriate teaching Observing and assessing children's development, and preparing them for a smooth transition to primary school Working closely with parents to ensure individual needs are met and progress is shared Leading and mentoring practitioners in the room to deliver consistent high standards of care and learning Upholding a clean, safe, and inclusive environment, following safeguarding and health & safety protocols

You'll Need:



Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (DfE-approved)

Passion for children's development and learning Understanding of safeguarding and child protection Ability to create a nurturing, engaging environment Strong teamwork and communication skills
