Summary

We are seeking a Preschool Room Leader to join our vibrant team at Paper Moon Nurseries in Doddington Park. In this role, you will contribute to creating a stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. Your work will support our mission to deliver exceptional early childhood education and care.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to preschool-aged children. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that encourages children's development. Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to support each child's progress. Monitor and assess children's developmental milestones and maintain accurate records. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care. Support the implementation of early childhood education standards and best practices. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Maintain a positive attitude that aligns with the nursery's welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

Level 3 childcare qualification. Experience of running a room Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant childcare or teaching qualifications are preferred. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
