Pre-School Area Leader

to inspire our team and help every child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the preschool team to deliver outstanding care and learning Plan engaging activities aligned with our curriculum and the EYFS Ensuring inclusive practice Support every child's development and celebrate their achievements Communicate effectively with parents and carers Maintain compliance with all safeguarding and safety standards

Qualifications and Experience

Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Childcare 1 year experience in a leadership role in an early years setting Proven ability to lead or support a team Strong knowledge of EYFS and early childhood development and SEND Excellent communication and people skills
