Par Moor Preschool and Nursery is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and caring Childcare Practitioner to lead our Preschool Room. We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a positive attitude and is able to work with confidence and initiative.. You need to be passionate about childcare .

You will need to:

Have a minimum of a Level 3 Ofsted-recognised qualification in Childcare and preferably at least two years experience as a Room Leader. Up to date Safeguarding and Peadiatric First Aid training. Understanding of working with children with a variety of SEND Love sharing the magic of books with children. Be able to show evidence of ongoing personal development training. Have experience working within a range of under 5 age groups including Under 2s. Be able to plan suitable and engaging activities to appeal each child's needs and interests.. Have good time management and organisation skills. Be able to lead and work as a part of a busy, inclusive team. The ideal candidate will have signed up to the update service for DBS and be able to work between 30 and 40 hours a week with some 07:30 starts and 18:00 finishes. Be able to attend monthly staff meetings.
