We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Room Supervisor to join our nurturing environment. Responsibilities

Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote collaboration. Manage classroom behaviour using positive reinforcement techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the curriculum and share best practices in early childhood education. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and practices.

Qualifications

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years is essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth and development. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
