Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our nurturing educational environment. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe, engaging, and stimulating atmosphere that promotes the development of children aged 3 to 5 years. Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage creativity, exploration, and learning. Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment where children feel safe and valued. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships. Manage classroom behaviour and dynamics to ensure a positive learning experience for all students. Observe and assess each child's development, providing feedback to parents on their progress. Drive engagement through interactive activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational programme. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the classroom to provide an optimal learning space.

Qualifications

A degree or qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting is highly desirable. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage classroom activities effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
