Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing a classroom environment. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering the development of children aged 3 to 5 years, creating a nurturing and stimulating learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behaviour effectively while promoting positive social interactions among children. Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational programme and share best practices. Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Organise activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development through play-based learning. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom setting.

Requirements

A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is essential. Experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting is highly desirable. DBS Required Strong management and leadership skills to effectively guide young learners. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse learners. A valid driving licence may be beneficial for transportation purposes related to school activities. A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to inspire young minds.
