Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our nurturing educational environment. Duties

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that fosters children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication. Maintain a safe and clean classroom, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience for children. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

Proven experience in childcare or nursery settings, demonstrating strong management and leadership abilities. DBS Required A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience working with children aged 3 to 5 years is essential. Ability to drive may be beneficial for transportation purposes related to outings or events. A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their development through play-based learning.
