Prescribing Nurse with leadership qualities and entrepreneurial drive

to help build this clinic from the ground up -- with the potential to become a

shareholder

in the business as it grows.

Role Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a

forward-thinking, proactive Registered Nurse Prescriber

to take on the role of

Clinical Lead

, manage day-to-day clinical operations, and contribute to the long-term direction of the business. Ideal for someone who sees themselves as a

Key Responsibilities

Lead all

clinical aspects

of the IV drip clinic, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality patient care

Assess, prescribe and administer

IV and IM wellness therapies tailored to individual client needs Create and implement

clinical protocols

, documentation systems, and governance structures Stay up to date with latest developments in IV therapy, functional medicine, and wellness Ensure all practice meets

CQC standards

and NMC regulations Help shape service offerings and customer journey from a clinical perspective

Support business development

with ideas, innovation, and insight from the clinic floor Train and supervise clinical support staff Build strong client relationships and represent the brand with professionalism and warmth

What We're Looking For

Registered Nurse (NMC Registered) with active PIN Independent Nurse Prescriber (V300) -

Essential

At least 3 years of post-qualification experience Proficient in IV cannulation, phlebotomy, and confident with IV administration Strong knowledge of clinical compliance and governance Interest in wellness, lifestyle medicine, and preventative healthcare Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in

growing a business

Confident working independently and leading a small team Previous experience in aesthetics or wellness is a bonus
