Job Description

An exciting part time opportunity has just become available for a document designer, working primarily within Microsoft PowerPoint. The role will fit within an existing and expanding presentation design team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality branded presentations and presentation related services (editable flyers, brochures, etc) to professional service clients.

Established for over 30 years and spanning three continents, Epigram has paired with one of our closest clients to help them produce and roll out a range of corporate documentation, supporting their internal document production team. Although the role will primarily be focused on this client, there will be opportunities to work with a more diverse client pool as you progress.

This role is offered on a part time basis, working 28 hours per week - a half day Monday and Tuesday, and full days Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. There may be potential to expand to a full time role in due course, but this is not compulsory.

We are looking for a very organised, and friendly candidate with excellent communication skills. The role would suit someone who is looking for part time work alongside existing commitments, and who is happy working within Microsoft programs - although we are happy to support learning in other software, such as Adobe packages.

Full time salary is as listed based on and experience and will be pro-rata'd for time worked.



Person specification:

Essential:



Experience of working within MS PPT as a tool for design

Understanding of design fundamentals such as how to use white space and balance within layouts

Understanding of branding

Experience of working as part of a team

Ability to communicate strongly with clients, ensuring tasks are understood and on track

Desirable:



Understanding of working with slide masters within MS PPT

Experience of creating documents within MS Word

Experience of working to deadlines and managing own workload

Experience working directly with clients
