Necessary Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with CNC equipment, particularly in setting up and operating Press Brakes. Skill in manual tasks such as drilling and tapping. Capability to read and understand technical drawings (training available if required).

Overview As a Press Brake Operator, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, your role is crucial in maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process. Strong mechanical skills and sheet metal handling experience are essential, while expertise in fabrication, grinding, and welding will further improve your performance. Your familiarity with hand tools, tooling, and basic mathematics will support smooth assembly processes and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations. Duties Set up and operate press brake machinery to shape sheet metal components according to specifications. Apply mechanical expertise and hand tools to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Carry out grinding and welding tasks as required to complete projects. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Maintain and service tooling and equipment to keep them in optimal condition. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
