We are a small, dynamic company seeking a versatile Press Brake Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating press brakes to bend and form sheet metal components to precise specifications. In addition to press brake duties, the role will involve assisting with other workshop tasks, including Plasma cutting, assembly, and general workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications.
- Assist with other workshop duties, including cutting and assembly as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Follow company health and safety policies at all times.
- Support colleagues with general workshop tasks when required.
Skills & Experience Required:
- At least 2 years experience operating CNC press brakes .
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tolerances.
- Basic fabrication skills (cutting, grinding, welding) are advantageous.
- Willingness to assist with a variety of workshop tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
