Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience working with CNC machines, particularly in setting up and operating press brakes. Skilled in manual tasks such as drilling and tapping. Capable of reading and understanding technical drawings (training available if needed).

Position Overview:

The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for configuring and operating press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, this role is essential in maintaining precision and quality throughout the manufacturing process. A strong mechanical background and experience with sheet metal are required, with added skills in fabrication, grinding, and welding being advantageous. Familiarity with hand tools, tooling, and basic mathematics will help ensure efficient assembly and successful production results. Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machines to shape sheet metal components according to specifications. Utilize mechanical skills and hand tools to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Perform grinding and welding tasks as necessary to complete projects. Conduct quality inspections on finished products to confirm they meet standards. Maintain and service tooling and machinery to keep equipment operating at peak performance. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
