Overview

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator setter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating press brake machinery to bend and shape sheet metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

Set up and operate press brake machines lvd and safan according to specifications and production schedules Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine bending requirements Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bends, maintaining quality standards Inspect finished components for conformance to specifications, including measurements and visual quality Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal operation Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and optimize workflow Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in fabrication, particularly with sheet metal bending using press brake machinery Knowledge of grinding, welding, and assembly processes is advantageous Mechanical knowledge of tooling, hand tools, and basic machine operations Strong understanding of sheet metal properties and fabrication techniques Ability to perform basic math's calculations for measurements and adjustments Familiarity with tooling setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of press brake equipment Good organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control processes Basic understanding of safety procedures related to metal fabrication environments

Pay: 14.00-15.50 per hour
