Job Title: Press Brake Setter/Operator (Afternoon Shift)

Salary: 30.420 - 31,434per annum (includes shift allowance)

Location: Leicester

Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Initial training period on day shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Peopletech is recruiting on behalf of a high-quality manufacturing business that operates a range of press brakes from 10 to 400 tonnes. Due to growth, they're now seeking an experienced programmer to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities to be a Press Brake Setter/Operator:

Operate press brake machines for efficient and accurate production. Work with a range of presses from

10 to 400 tonnes

. Press parts to create accurate bend sequences and tooling. Carry out quality checks to ensure components meet specifications. Assist with machine maintenance and uphold safe working practices. Support direct reports

Requirements:

Proven experience in

Press Brake Setter/Operating

, Ability to read and interpret

3D CAD drawings

would be an advantage but not essential. Experience with a range of press brake equipment and tooling. Strong understanding of materials, tolerances, and bend allowances. Willingness to work the 2pm-10pm shift following an initial training period on days.
