Role Overview
As our new
Printing Press Operator
, you'll handle the full print production workflow--setting up and running machines, doing finishing work, and maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities
Operate and calibrate
Xerox
digital presses Runlaminating
machinery for added finish Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and in-line quality checks Coordinate with pre-press, design, and customer service teams Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspaceRequirements
Strong attention to colour consistency and print detail Mechanical aptitude and ability to handle basic machine maintenance Able to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment Clear communication skills and teamwork mindset
