Essential Requirements
As the Supervisor of the Press Department you will be responsible for the day to day management of people within the press area, ensuring the company's targets and objectives are met, meeting customer requirements, and ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures. You will strive to continually improve using Lean tools to reduce costs, and improve production and quality. You must have experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing environment, strong Microsoft Office skills, and be familiar with using Sage 200.
