We are seeking a dedicated Pressure Washing Operative to join our team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining plastic flooring using high-pressure water equipment, ensuring equipment is kept in pristine condition. Duties

Operate pressure washing equipment to clean modular temporary roadways. Prepare work sites by setting up necessary equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Communicate clearly with clients regarding the scope of work and completion times. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout all tasks. Assist with minor equipment maintenance and report any technical issues promptly. Ensure all work is completed efficiently whilst maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur 10 hr shifts 6am-4pm Friday off

Experience

Previous experience in pressure washing or similar outdoor cleaning services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to get to site reliably & on time. Own transport required Good command of English, both spoken and written, to facilitate clear communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively within the team and with clients. This position is suitable for motivated individuals eager to build their skills in outdoor cleaning services while providing excellent customer care in a professional setting.

Pay: 12.60-13.40 per hour
