We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations within our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and optimising workflow efficiency. Duties
Supervise daily production activities, ensuring targets are met efficiently and safely
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across shifts to optimise productivity
Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations within the production environment
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain quality standards
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive working environment
Assist with training new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols
Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and minimise downtime
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
Supervise, oversee, and coordinate the manufacturing of pre-stressed concrete wall panels and floor slabs
Lead, manage, and motivate a production team to achieve daily and weekly production targets
Plan and organise production schedules, labour, and resources
Ensure all pre-stressing, casting, curing, and finishing processes meet quality and engineering specifications
Monitor product quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety regulations at all times
Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and logistics teams
Train, mentor, and develop production staff
Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime and waste
Maintain accurate production records and reporting
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
