We're seeking a highly organised and proactive

Production Manager

to join our team. You'll be the operational backbone of our productions, ensuring everything runs smoothly from pre-production through to post. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of the production process.

Key duties

and responsibilities included within this role:



Planning & Scheduling Develop and manage the end-to-end production schedule for photography and video capture (studio and location). Balance the pipeline of new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and continuity requirements. Ensure critical paths are in place, aligned with marketing timelines and Sample delivery, and communicated clearly to all stakeholders.

Budget & Resource Management

Own production budgets, forecasting costs and ensuring shoots are delivered within agreed parameters. Source and negotiate with freelance crew, talent, and suppliers to ensure best value without compromising quality. Oversee logistics including samples, props, set builds, transport, catering, and accommodation for location shoots.

Operations & Process




Implement efficient production workflows for location, studio environments as well as broader creative team projects. Coordinate with Studio, Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to align priorities and ensure delivery of required assets.

Essential Skills & Experience




Proven experience as a Production Manager, ideally within retail, interiors, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Strong track record managing complex location shoots and studio operations simultaneously. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with experience building and managing critical paths. Budget management and negotiation skills, with confidence in supplier management. Ability to juggle multiple projects, often under tight timelines. Experience working with a wide range of creative stakeholders (photographers, stylists, videographers, agencies, etc.). Familiarity with content capture for multi-channel outputs (ecommerce, paid social, print, PR, campaign, etc.). Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly collaborative Leadership experience of a small team and ability to manage all People related queries from a team

It is essential that you have, and can demonstrate the following



Leadership experience of a small team and ability to manage all People related queries from a team Competent using all Microsoft applications Familiarity with digital asset management systems and studio operations. Clean drivers licence Competent at managing and negotiating contracts with external suppliers and freelancers.

Whilst not essential, it would be great if you had:



Experience in furniture, interiors, or homewares sectors. Knowledge of set build, prop sourcing, and styling for lifestyle shoots.

Please note that this is a hybrid-working role and you will be expected to spend a minimum of 2 days per week in either our London or Norwich HO with occasional travel to other sites.
