Primary Care Paramedic
Job Description
As a primary care Paramedic, youll play a key role in managing minor illnesses, common GP surgery presentations, and long-term conditions. Youll work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities: Provide the Home Visit service for the practice. Assess, diagnose, and develop effective clinical management plans.
Provide face-to-face or telephone consultations for undifferentiated patient presentations. Manage acute and chronic conditions with confidence and compassion. Offer patient education and support, promoting self-management and healthy choices. Contribute to the delivery of practice policies and procedures.
