This role is perfect for an

HLTA

with experience supporting whole-class learning and delivering engaging lessons in a primary setting.

The Role

As an HLTA, you will:

Lead whole-class teaching under the guidance of a qualified teacher Plan and deliver engaging learning activities, adjusting as needed to support pupil progress Use your specialist skills to promote pupil independence and engagement Assist in creating, reviewing, and implementing

Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Evaluate pupil progress through observation and feedback Support curriculum delivery across a range of subjects Supervise pupils during trips, activities, and transitions Work closely with teachers, staff, and external agencies to support the school's aims

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of the

Primary curriculum

Strong classroom management skills Calm, confident, and approachable manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team ICT skills to enhance teaching and learning Experience in schools, youth work, or similar settings Commitment to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
