About the role
Connex Education are working with a large mainstream primary school based in the Hartlepool area who are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team and work full time from nursery to year 6.

This primary school has a creative and enthusiastic community and as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant there, you will be supported by a welcoming team of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff and you will be responsible for assisting the teachers and supporting the pupils
Assignment Details
This role is Monday Friday so the right candidate MUST be able to work full time. This role is ongoing with an immediate start. It is essential to be a minimum level 3 teaching assistant to be considered for this role.

Person Specification

• MUST be qualified to HLTA standard.
• Have experience of supporting pupils in a primary environment, in a nursery or in a healthcare setting
• Be confident working with small groups
• Good Knowledge of Additional Needs and EYFS Curriculum
• Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one with Connex
