The role is for a Specialist Learning Support Assistant / HLTA to join our friendly and dedicated team. The role will be working with our team of teaching assistants and leading the small nurture group provision in our newly established "Rainbow room". You will need experience working with children with SEMH needs (ASD & ADHD) using a therapeutic approach to support de-escalation and supporting children to self-regulate. Our children work on individual plans under a sensory-focus-recovery programme.
