About the Role

Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

to join their team

immediately

In this full-time, term-time role, you'll provide

classroom support

,

1:1 assistance

, and

small-group interventions

to help pupils--particularly those with

mild to moderate SEN needs

such as autism, ADHD and speech & language difficulties--make strong academic and social progress.

This position is ideal for an experienced LSA or a graduate eager to build a career in primary education.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils across the primary curriculum in class and during activities Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support tailored to individual needs Assist pupils with SEN needs to remain engaged, regulated and confident Support behaviour and learning plans under guidance from the class teacher and SENCo Encourage participation through positive, creative and inclusive strategies Contribute to a safe, nurturing and well-structured classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Graduate (2:1+ preferred)

or

holder of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant / Early Years qualification Experience supporting children with SEN (professional or personal) Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning styles Strong communicator with good initiative and a proactive attitude A positive team player with a genuine passion for education and child development
