Primary Maths & English Tutor - Belfast

About the Role Are you passionate about helping young learners excel in Maths and English? We're looking for motivated and inspiring tutors to work with primary school students in Belfast. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference while doing what you love -- teaching!

What You'll Do

Deliver fun, interactive, and structured face-to-face lessons in Maths and English for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students.

Design lessons that follow the Northern Ireland curriculum and keep learners engaged.

Monitor students' progress and adjust your approach to suit their individual learning needs.

Communicate with parents and work collaboratively with our tutoring team to support student success.

What We're Looking For Must-Haves:

A bachelor's degree in any subject (Education preferred).

Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.

Strong understanding of KS1 and KS2 curriculum.

Positive, patient, and supportive approach to teaching.

Excellent communication skills and reliability.

Nice-to-Haves:

Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).

Experience working with students who have additional learning needs.

Role Details

Pay: 18-30 per hour (based on lesson format, group size, and location).

Hours: 4-25 per week, flexible - weekdays and/or weekends available.

Requirements: Right to work in Northern Ireland, UK bank account, and enhanced AccessNI check (or willingness to apply).

Commitment: Minimum of one year.
