About the Role

Active School Organisation is recruiting enthusiastic

Assistant Gymnastics Coaches

to support our Lead Coaches across

Bristol and surrounding areas

.

This role is ideal for anyone looking to build experience in coaching, childcare or education. No qualifications are required -- just reliability, a positive attitude and a love of helping children learn new skills.

Schedule (Term Time Only)

Afterschool clubs run Monday to Friday, approx. 3.00-4.30pm.
Assistants may be scheduled for between 1-5 sessions per week depending on availability.

Pay

15 per session.

Key Duties

Support the Lead Coach with safe and engaging gymnastics activities Help children practise balancing, coordination and foundational gymnastics skills Encourage participation, effort and teamwork Assist with setup, pack-down and safeguarding requirements Be a friendly, supportive presence for the children

Requirements

Reliable transport or ability to reach schools independently Enjoy working with children DBS, First Aid and Safeguarding -- training can be provided No prior coaching experience needed Friendly, reliable and willing to learn
