Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic After School Club Coach to deliver high-energy sports sessions for primary school children. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in sports coaching and education, with the potential to progress into more hours, holiday camps, and leadership roles within Pathway Sports.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, structured, and enjoyable after school sports sessions.
Manage a group of children, ensuring engagement and positive behaviour.
Provide encouragement and guidance to develop skills, confidence, and teamwork.
Build positive relationships with schools, parents, and children.
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are always followed.
What We're Looking For
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or similar).
A passion for sport and inspiring young people.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Punctual, reliable, and committed.
(Preferred but not essential) Coaching qualifications or willingness to work towards them.
Must have a DBS check or undergo DBS check.
