We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a network of welcoming and diverse Primary Schools in Leicester, Oadby, Loughborough, Hinckley and Market Harborough. Whether your experience is within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, and across a range of subject specialisms, we can offer regular, flexible work to suit your expertise, availability and career goals.
We are seeking dedicated and passionate teachers to join our educational team. The position is paid and requires a proactive approach to teaching, mentoring, and supporting students across various subjects, with particular experience in special education and working with children with disabilities.
Responsibilities
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Maintain a calm, purposeful and inclusive learning environment
Ensure continuity of learning during planned and unplanned staff absences
Follow school behaviour policies and adapt to varying routines and expectations
Build positive professional relationships with pupils, staff and leadership teams
Work confidently across a range of Primary school settings
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioural observations.
Promote positive behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience teaching in UK Primary Schools
Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
Confidence delivering lessons within your subject specialism
A flexible, reliable approach and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
