Overview

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to teach English and Maths at Expert Learners Ltd. The successful candidate will be passionate about education, able to work independently, and fully invested in delivering high-quality teaching and learning. This role requires someone who brings energy, initiative, and professionalism into the classroom and takes pride in making a positive impact on children's academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for primary-aged children (Year 1-Year 6). Planning and resources are provided.

Create a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners.

Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently.

Demonstrate initiative in lesson preparation, problem-solving, and daily responsibilities.

Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and parents where required.

Actively contribute to the wider life of the school/setting.

Essential Skills & Qualities

Confidence in teaching primary-aged children across multiple year groups.

Strong classroom presence and leadership skills.

High level of commitment, reliability, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated approach to teaching.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Willingness to fully engage in the role and give consistent effort.

Experience:

Relevant teaching qualification or experience in a primary setting.
