Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to promote student learning and curiosity. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment conducive to learning. Assess student progress regularly through observations, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to support improvement. Foster inclusive classroom practices that respect diverse backgrounds and learning styles. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behaviour, and upcoming activities. Organise extracurricular activities that enhance the educational experience and promote social skills. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioural incidents in accordance with school policies. Collaborate with colleagues to develop school-wide programmes and initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes.

Experience

Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners. Proven teaching ability with a focus on creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. Excellent communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for education and supporting children's developmental needs.
