Role and Responsibilities
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver High-Quality Lessons: Provide engaging and effective teaching to primary-aged pupils, following the school's curriculum and lesson plans when provided.
• Adapt to Different Environments: Step into various classroom settings, ranging from EYFS, KS1, and KS2, and quickly build rapport with students and staff.
• Support Pupil Progress: Foster a positive learning environment that motivates and supports children to achieve their potential.
• Maintain Classroom Management: Ensure a safe, respectful, and productive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with school teams, following their policies and procedures to maintain consistency and support school priorities.
• Flexibility in Planning: Be prepared to adapt and create engaging lessons when plans aren't available.

About You
We're looking for teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
• Exhibit strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
• Are reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high teaching standards.
• Hold a valid Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate registered on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one.

Location
Our office is based in Berkhamsted therefore we are looking for Qualified Teachers in Berkhamsted. Access to reliable transportation is beneficial for reaching schools in the area.
