An exciting opportunity exists within our Trust for a highly experienced Teacher to join our team at Stephenson Way Academy & Nursery School from 1st September 2025. The post will initially be for 1 year and may attract a TLR allowance depending upon specialist expertise. The role will be reviewed after the year and may become permanent.
The role will teach year 1/2 pupils in an inclusive learning base ensuring planning and delivering lessons to the highest of standards.

Demonstrate an in-depth subject knowledge for all subjects within the National Curriculum

Be committed to valuing every child.
Put the needs of children above all else.
Engage with parents.
Manage behaviour effectively and in line with school policy.
Assess accurately in line with school policy.
Promote extra-curricular activities and opportunities to enrich children's learning.
Demonstrate the flexibility and knowledge required to work across KS1 & KS2 curriculums.
Show a commitment to working collaboratively within the Trust.
