Are you enthusiastic about making a difference in pupils' lives? We are looking for an engaging and dedicated Primary Tutor to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our young learners!

At Thrive Tutoring, we strive to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our students.Our focus is on providing enjoyable and interactive tutoring sessions, which will grow the child's self belief and engagement with their education. Our tutees go back into the classroom with a wider range of tools to succeed and a new found love of learning.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced individual who is passionate about working with children. We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to work with children on their personal growth journey as well as help our students achieve their academic goals. The ideal candidate will be able to provide the necessary support to help students succeed in school and life. This includes personalised attention, flexible scheduling, consistent feedback, and opportunities to develop skills through a variety of learning methods.

Duties include:

Conducting one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions for students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Developing personalised lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs. Assisting with homework tasks and providing constructive feedback, if required. Utilising creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective. Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborating with parents to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status DBS Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in young lives. Understanding of primary-level curriculum and teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles. Innovative thinking to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Punctuality and professionalism in all aspects of the tutoring process. Ability to assess student strengths and weaknesses and develop targeted intervention plans.
This is a growing opportunity, where hours may be limited at first, but we expect this to increase. We are based in Coventry, but tutor throughout Warwickshire and parts of Birmingham. You will need a driving license and access to transport as a lot of our students are face-to-face.
