Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and skill levels
- Assess students' learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans
- Help students improve their academic performance in specific subjects or areas
- Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
- Teach study skills and effective learning strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student learning goals
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to work well with children or adults
- Knowledge of different teaching methods and learning styles
- Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual student needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Classroom management skills for group tutoring sessions
- Experience working with students with special needs or in special education settings is a plus
