This is where you and your skills come in: We're currently looking for a Principal, BT Channel. This individual will be focused on BT and work closely with all levels of RingCentral's sales organization to drive customer acquisition--and transform the ways our customers communicate.
Responsibilities:Work very closely with BT to effectively increase revenue, enhance existing relationships throughout the organization and take it all up to the next level
You will be integral to the success of our overall enterprise strategy through strategic partner relationships
Success will be measured based on your ability to achieve sales targets while driving world class customer and partner success
Build and manage RingCentral's strategic partner relationship with BT
Develop and execute end-to-end partner business plans
Collaborate effectively with multiple internal organisations, including Sales, R&D, Marketing, Professional Services, and the partner support ecosystem to achieve partner objectives
Coordinate quarterly and/or annual business reviews to ensure successful joint execution
Establish and execute a formalised relationship mapping strategy
Partner with RingCentral and partner sales teams to ensure successful deal execution
Develop executive relationships with these service providers and sponsor executive relationships between RingCentral and the service providers
Desired Qualifications:12 years experience with both channel sales, channel management and direct selling in Enterprise.
Demonstrated track record in growing and managing strategic partnerships
3-5 years of SaaS based sales experience
Proven ability to develop a plan and achieve results in a complex cross-functional environment
Demonstrated analytical, organisational and project management skills
Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced and sourced revenue through global strategic partners
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex matrixed organisation
Executive presence to lead and manage
Strong executive selling and business development skills, with a proven ability to understand different partner GTM and organisational models
Ability to develop and drive execution of joint solutions
