Within the Real Estate Programme Services division at Turner & Townsend, the Real Estate Advisory team comprises experts in workplace consulting, change management, corporate real estate, and facilities management. We deliver some of the world's largest programmes and projects for a market-leading client base across both the public and private sectors. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of our clients' real estate and drive transformational change.

Due to continuing success and expansion, Turner & Townsend are now looking for a construction professional to provide 3D construction and logistics sequences for our projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will need to have a track record of working in the construction sector either with main contractor, subcontractor or design consultant.
Job Objectives

• Using construction programmes such as Synchro Pro 4D and Asta PowerProjects - P6 Primavera as part of the construction planning rpocess
• Produce detailed 3D models from 2D design information where required.
• Produce 3D construction and logistics sequence including plant, access equipment, site set up etc.
• Produce visual images/videos for presentations and tender material.
• Work collaboratively with wider project teams to ensure quality product produced.

Skills Required

• Synchro Pro 4D experience essential.
• Experience, knowledge and understanding of construction and logistics in a construction environment
• Proven 3D modelling experience
• Good working knowledge of other software such as - Sketchup, 3dsMax, Revit, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, PowerPoint etc
• Construction related portfolio of previous work to review as part of interview process.

Qualifications

• Ideally educated to degree standard in a construction/design related subject
• Synchro Pro 4D experience essential.
