An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Designer to join a well known construction consultancy in Bristol. My client is a world renowned consultancy famous for their expertise and excellence.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Principal Designer to join a forever growing consultancy well known for supporting their staff professionally, leading to the excellence of their people.
The Principal Designers Role
- Supply pre-construction information
- Understand & produce Construction Phase Plans (CPP\'s)
- Advising and assisting the client with their duties under the CDM regulations and other construction related health and safety standards, regulations, and legislations
- Assist duty holders to develop Pre-Construction Information (PCI\'s)
- Understanding of CDM Regulations 2015
- NEBOSH certificate in Construction Health and Safety
- IOSH membership or APS preferred
- Previous experience advising on CDM compliance
- Previous experience carrying out Principal Designer duties
- \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa360,000 (including car allowance)
- 24 days annual leave + 8 days statutory
