Principal Enterprise Architect - Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs

You will be responsible for delivering architectures that are aligned with relevant standards, blueprints, and roadmaps, both logical and physical.

Accountabilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of business architecture solutions for Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs. Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and industry standard methodologies. Formulate and document target state architecture designs, ensuring they meet strategic goals and are scalable, secure, and efficient. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective architecture strategies. Innovate and explore new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs processes. Provide strategic guidance and oversight for the integration of new systems and technologies. Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of enterprise solutions. Mentor and support IT teams and collaborators to strengthen architectural understanding and capabilities across the organization. Bring thought technology leadership to the organization, driving innovation and adopting standard processes in Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs.

Essential Skills/Experience

Bachelors in Computer Science, Information System or related field 10+ years of experience in architecture Experience producing application strategies/roadmaps for a global enterprise in their focused architecture domain Proven architecture experience with Enterprise Architecture tool Experience with large product evaluations, case formulation Experience developing and influencing business strategies with cross-functional team impact Experience developing and leading innovative solutions Proven experience of leading change and challenging approaches/ideas Experience developing and managing relationships with third-party suppliers Experience working within and developing policies, procedures, and guidelines within a secure, quality, and compliance environment Strong networking skills with good internal/external links Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language Awareness of developments in the marketplace and understand the relevance and potential impact to AZ IS Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes
