About the Role

We're looking for a Front End Engineer to help shape the future of Harmonic's product experience. You'll be one of our earliest UI engineers, working closely with product, design, and backend teammates to turn complex security problems into simple, elegant, and fast user experiences. This isn't just a coding role - you'll own outcomes, influence architecture, and set the tone for how we build and scale our front end.

What You'll Do

Design and build front-end systems that make security effortless for users Collaborate with product, UX, and ML teams to create elegant solutions to complex problems Shape our front-end stack and establish best practices for scale, performance, and security Own features end-to-end - from design reviews to deployment - with real customer impact Ship fast, learn fast; continuously delivering value and refining based on user feedback

What you Bring

Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Skilled in component-based architecture, state management, and responsive design A track record of building performant, secure, user-facing applications Comfortable with modern tooling (Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks) A product-driven mindset; you love making complex workflows intuitive Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
